All shipping is based on weight and current UPS rate charts. Occasionally, air rates can be misleading since they are based on dimensional weight and not actual weight. If there is a discrepancy in your shipping total, we will try to contact you by phone or e-mail provided to us in your order. If we cannot reach you, we will hold your order until the updated costs coan be confirmed and approved.
Returns must be approved by our office before shipping, or they will be refused on arrival. No returns or exchanges allowed on NRFB Barbie Dolls. Please contact us in case of shipping damage, we will claim immediately.
